Madhya Pradesh man stabs 17-year-old girl to death in public after she refuses to talk to him

JABALPUR: A 17-year-old girl ,Tamanna was brutally murdered by a 20-year-old man named Gufran in the Omti locality of Jabalpur city, Madhya Pradesh.

The incident took place on Monday evening, and the police have stated that the motive behind the crime was the victim's alleged refusal to speak to the accused.

According to SP (Omti) Rajesh Kumar Rathore, the girl was stabbed to death by Gufran after she allegedly refused to communicate with him.

The victim was immediately taken to a nearby government hospital, where she was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The police have identified the accused through CCTV footage from the area, but he is currently on the run.

Initial investigations suggest that the victim and the accused were acquainted, and the girl had recently stopped talking to him, which may have triggered the attack.

A video of the incident shows passersby attempting to catch the accused as he flees the scene after the attack.
