Based on the family's complaint, a fatal road accident case was filed at Bilaspur PS on Saturday.
On Saturday, Tejpal's uncle, Girdhari Lal (40), said in his complaint that he had gone to Delhi on June 24 for some personal work.
When he reached Bilaspur at night, Tejapal offered to pick him up.
"As he did not come for more than 30 minutes, I started walking towards Pathredi and soon received a phone call from a local informing me that Tejpal had met with an accident at the Pathredi bus stop in Bilaspur," Giridhari said in his complaint.
Girdhari immediately reached the spot and --with the help of police-- took Tejpal to Aastha Hospital in Bilaspur. Subsequently, Tejpal was referred to Sheela Hospital in Rewari. Later on June 28, he was referred to PGIMS in Rohtak and he was declared dead on arrival that night, officials said.
