NCW: Need swift probe in rape case
Hyderabad: The National Commission for Women (NCW) strongly denounced condemned the alleged gang rape of a woman by her colleagues on June 30. The NCW chairperson has written to the Telangana DGP, urging a prompt and impartial investigation. Additionally, the commission emphasised that the woman should receive compensation and free medical care. They have requested a detailed action report to be submitted to the women’s rights commission within three days.
