Mar Thattil explains need for implementing synodal mass

Kochi: Syro-Malabar Church on Monday night released a video of Major Archbishop Mar Rapheal Thattil in which he explains the need for implementing the synodal mass in Ernakulam-Angamaly archdiocese.
The Church has also issued a clarification on allowing to continue the current form of mass in churches where at least one mass in the synodal form is implemented on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation after July 3.

The Church had earlier warned priests of canonical action if they don’t conduct mass in the synodal form on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation after July 3. tnn
