SVIS awarded FIDE ‘Chess in Education’ gold certificate
Pune: Sadhu Vaswani International School (SVIS) was awarded the Gold Award Certificate by the International Chess Federation (FIDE) on June 21.
The certificate was given by Boris Bruhn Member of FIDE Chess in Education commission and it was received by the school principal Aarti Patil, the sports coordinator Keshav Argade along with two upcoming child prodigies master Vihaan Morab and master Manas Chaskar from standard 7.

The other guests from FIDE were Andre Voglin FIDE social commission chair, Abhijit Kunte India’s 4th grandmaster and member of FIDE Chess in Education commission, secretary of FIDE social commission Lasma Kokorevicha and content creator and social media manager FIDE India Ms Nandini Saripalli.
