Tangedco to hold grievance meetings in Trichy district

TRICHY: TangedcoTrichy circle will conduct consumer grievance meetings in all its urban and rural divisions in July.
The meetings to hear and resolve complaints of consumers on electricity distribution will be held for the Thuraiyur division on July 2 (Tuesday) and for the Musiri division on July 5 (Friday).
For Lalgudi, Srirangam and Trichy Urban divisions, the grievance meetings have been scheduled for July 9 (Tuesday), July 12 (Friday) and July 16 (Tuesday).
For Trichy East and Manapparai Tangedco divisions, the grievance meeting will be held on July 19 (Friday) and July 23 (Tuesday).
The consumers have been asked to visit the respective divisional offices on the mentioned date to register their grievances.
In a release, superintending engineer (in-charge) of Trichy circle R Karpagaselvi said senior officials would preside over the grievance meetings to provide swift solutions.
Complaints pertaining to low voltage and unsafe electricity poles could be submitted, officials said.
