ABVMU CNET result 2024: Counselling Process
The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Entrance Test. Both a combined merit list and category-wise merit lists will be drawn up. In case two or more candidates obtain equal marks in CNET 2024, the inter-se-merit will be determined as follows:
  • Candidate obtaining higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test.
  • Candidate obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in the Test.
  • Candidate obtaining higher marks in Physics in the Test.
  • Intermediate (10+2) examination marks percentage (if the marks are the same, the inter-merit ranking will consider individual marks in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in that order).
  • Higher age (older candidates).

On Friday, around 1.04 lakh aspirants sat for the Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET) 2024, organized by ABVMU. The exam was held at 220 centers across 19 cities in UP, with 108,866 registered candidates, marking a 100% increase from the previous year. The absentee rate was less than 4%, resulting in an impressive overall attendance rate of 96.34%, according to an Education Times report.
