UP Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed the 12th class and are between 18 to 40 years old are eligible to apply. Additionally, the applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat where they seek to be appointed. Reserved category candidates will be selected for panchayats with reserved category posts and will receive age relaxation as per the state government rules.
UP Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment 2024: Important Dates
• Notification Period: The Gram Panchayats has informed candidates about the application process through their information boards and public announcements from June 12 to June 14, 2024.
• Application Submission Period: Candidates can submit their applications from June 15 to June 30, 2024, at the District Panchayat Raj Officer Office, Development Block Office, and Gram Panchayat Office.
• Application Transfer: Applications will be transferred to the concerned Gram Panchayats between July 1 and July 6, 2024.
• Merit List Preparation: The merit list of received applications will be prepared and presented before the administrative committee of the Gram Panchayat from July 7 to July 14, 2024.
• District Committee Review: The committee, under the District Officer's chairmanship, will review and recommend candidates from July 15 to July 21, 2024.
• Appointment Letters: Appointment letters will be issued by the Gram Panchayat from July 22 to July 24, 2024.

UP Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment 2024: Application Process
To apply, candidates must download the application form from the Panchayati Raj Department's websites: panchayatiraj.up.nic.in and prdfinance.up.gov.in. After downloading, print and fill out the form carefully. The completed application form, along with the necessary educational, age, and caste certificates, should be submitted either personally or by registered post to the relevant Gram Panchayat, development block office, or District Panchayat Raj Officer's office by June 30, 2024.
UP Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection will be based on a merit list prepared by averaging the percentage marks obtained in high school and intermediate. If two candidates have the same marks, the older candidate will be given preference. In case of a tie in both marks and age, the candidate who applied first will be given preference.
UP Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment 2024: Salary
