In his reply to the returning officer of Hari Nagar assembly constituency, Bagga also said since the song was tweeted from his personal account, it cannot be treated as a political advertisement and therefore does not require pre-certification from media certification committee of Delhi election office.

The notice was served to Bagga on Friday.
In the reply, Bagga said that the tweet was uploaded on Tuesday at 01.30am, well before he filed his nomination. He also requested the Hari Nagar RO to withdraw the notice or provide him with an opportunity of personal hearing or through his election agent or representative prior to taking any action.
