Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are extremely doting parents ever since their daughter Raha is born. Alia gave birth to a baby girl in November 2022 and she's already the apple of everyone's eyes. Ever since Raha's face was unveiled to the world in December 2023, she's a favourite of the paps and fans love to see her with her parents. While Raha has this legacy to carry forward as both her parents are actors and she also has all the legendary Kapoor genes, Alia has recently revealed that she's going to allow Raha to be her own person.
The actress who has also recently turned writer and launched a children's book, spoke about her pareting journey. Alia told Hindustan Times, "When it comes to the legacy that I envisioned as an actor and a mother, I don’t think it has been calculated from my side. The choices I make as a mother are also very instinctive to what I feel is best for my child. I am very meticulous, but I can also be very random. So I’m kind of a mix of both.”
She further added that while Raha belongs to this family, she will allow her to discover her own identity. Alia said, “I do believe children are born with their own personality. You just have to nurture and care for them and let them find their own feet. Let them be their own person. I don’t think I want her (Raha) to ever be any version of herself that she doesn’t feel most comfortable with."
Alia is beautifully balancing motherhood along with her career at the moment. The actress will be seen next in 'Jigra' which is her home production, set to release in September. But Alia fans cannot keep calm as her Spy Universe film with YRF has just been announced today and it's titled 'Alpha'. It sees her alongside Sharvari.
