Manoj Bajpayee is gearing up for the release of his movie 'Joram' which is a survival thriller directed by Devashish Makhija. Manoj is collaborating with Makhija for the second time, after the 2018 movie 'Bhonsle' for which he got a National Award. While talking about 'Joram', Bajpayee also had a fun rapid fire with ETimes where he revealed some interesting things about himself.
The actor's career kickstarted in a way with Ram Gopal Varma's 'Satya'.Meanwhile, many years later, 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' was a huge turning point in his career and is considered one of his best roles. So, Ram Gopal Varma or Anurag Kashyap, who would Bajpayee choose? The actor was quick to respond as he said, "Ram Gopal Varma because he's given Anurag and me the job for life."
Devashish agreed with him and added, "If there was no Ramu, there would be no Anurag."
For those not in the know, Anurag was the co-writer on 'Satya' and it was a big break that RGV gave him. He had also written 'Kaun?'.
Manoj also picked his favourite co-stars and people he misses working with in a chat. He said, "Saurabh Shukla, Sharib Hashmi, very soon I'll be working with (them) in season 3 of 'The Family Man'. I also miss working with Zeeshan Ayyub who's also a part of 'Joram'."
