Rumours are rife that the upcoming Allu Arjun and Radhika Mandanna starrer, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', will see the beauty returning to the screens in a special role. While initial reports indicated that Sukumar is keen to get the star on-board for a dance number, new reports indicate that her role may just be a lot bigger than anticipated.


Reports on Telugu 123 indicate that Samantha may just be seen in a cameo in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'. Speculations are rife that while the star may feature in a possible song sequence towards the climax of the film, her role will potentially extend into the third instalment of the franchise.
Samantha, who previously set the dance floor ablaze with her electrifying performance in 'Pushpa: The Rise' with the viral song 'Oo Antava,' might add an intriguing dimension to the sequel's narrative.

Despite the swirling rumours, there has been no official confirmation from the makers regarding the same. 'Pushpa 2' is slated for release on August 15.
On the professional front, Samantha is gearing up for the release of her upcoming web series, 'Citadel: Honey Bunny', alongside
Varun Dhawan. Described as a gritty spy action thriller intertwined with a heartwarming love story, the series is set against the vibrant backdrop of the 1990s.
Joining Samantha in the Indian adaptation of the international series are Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Singh Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Saquib Saleem, and Sikandar Kher.
