Manikandan is elated to become a member of Amma

AMMA, also known as the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists, has been on the spotlight both for the right and wrong reasons. As the general body meeting was held recently, it looks like another controversy is brewing with no female representation among those selected in top positions within the association and actor Dileep being reinstated by the members.
That said, on the hand., actor Manikandan R Achari, who first floored the audience with his performance in Kammattipaadam, was on cloud nine during the time. Here’s why. He posted on his social networking page about his happiness about becoming a member of AMMA.
He also attended the first meeting, following which he also shared selfies of him with the doyens of the Malayalam film industry- Madhu, Mohanlal and actor Vineeth.
