Mahendran joins with Lokesh Kanagaraj again for Rajinikanth's 'Coolie'?

Looks like actor Mahendran, who impressed with his performance in Lokesh Kangaraj's 'Master', has joined hands with the maverick director once again, and this time for Rajinikanth-starrer 'Coolie'. Superstar Rajinikanth and Lokesh's team are camped in Hyderabad and the shooting of the film commenced yesterday on July 5, 2024.
The 'Master' actor popularly known as Master Mahendran has shared pictures from Hyderabad and Ramoji Film City, suggesting that he is also part of 'Coolie'.Meanwhile, actress Reba Monica John also posted a picture on her social networking page and wrote, "Shooting for a very very special film! Wish me luck and send me love."
It is known that actress Shruti Haasan is playing an important role in the film as she shared a picture from the shooting spot yesterday, but later deleted the post later for the makers to make an official announcement. Touted to be an action drama, Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial 'Coolie' is expected to have multiple leading stars in crucial roles. Produced by Kalanithi Maran under his Sun Pictures banner, the film is scheduled to release in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.
Interestingly, Mahendran has acted with Rajinikanth as a child artist in films like 'Muthu' and 'Padayappa'.
