NEW DELHI: Terror funding accused Engineer Rashid, after winning the Lok Sabha elections from J&K's Baramulla constituency, has sought interim bail to take oath as an MP. The court of additional sessions judge Chander Jit Singh, on Thursday sought the response of NIA in the case. The matter will be heard on Friday.

The application was submitted before the court on June 4, which had directed NIA to file its response by Thursday.
