In the photo posted in the post, the telecom giant said, “Sorry but we need some time to process this shocking news about King Kohli and Hitman logging out of
T20 cricket.”

Captain Rohit Sharma steered the Indian team throughout the tournament. Batting first in the final, India posted a target of 176 runs but South Africa's chase fell short by 7 runs despite a strong batting performance. Virat Kohli's contribution of 76 runs off 59 balls was instrumental in India's victory, earning him the Player of the Match award.
In the bowling department, Hardik Pandya, who faced criticism for his IPL captaincy, first took the wicket of Heinrich Klaasen (52 off 27 balls) who was looking dangerous for India. Jasprit Bumrah's bowling proved crucial as he restricted the run chase by David Miller, who took up the charge after Klaasen got out. Bumrah conceded only six runs in his final two overs.
Arshdeep Singh also bowled tight without giving away runs in his final over in the tournament. Pandya then brilliantly defended 16 runs in the final over. Things turned around in India’s favour after Suryakumar Yadav took Miller's relay catch in the last over to secure India's victory.
