Gundu Sudarshan, who has acted in over 300 films so far, began his career as an actor in ‘Srinadha Kavi Sarvabhowma’ (1992), but his first release was ‘Mister Pellam’ (1993). It doesn’t matter how much talented you are, opportunity matter here, says Gundu Sudarshan in a recent interview.

Indian fun-filled drama film 'Slum Dog Husband' has been given a release date of July 21. It will be directed by AR Sridhar, and produced by Appi Reddy and Venkat Annapareddy, with Sanjay Rrao and Pranavi Manukonda in lead roles. The director said he became interested in writing a story after Indian actress Aishwarya Rai married a tree. The movie does not contain any adult content.

Director Ritesh Rana’s new film ‘Happy Birthday’ starring Lavanya Tripathi in the lead is gearing up a release. The upcoming film is being bankrolled by Chiranjeevi (Cherry), and Hemalatha Pedamallu under the banner of Clap Entertainment in association with Mythri Movie Makers. The makers took to Twitter to announce release date of the teaser of the movie.

2001's film Student No 1 starring Jr NTR, Gajala and Rajeev Kanakala in the lead roles has completed 19 years of its release today. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film sees Jr NTR in the role of Aditya, who studies law while staying in jail and helps other prisoners and students lives around.
