Survivor Tamil: Lakshmipriyaa supports Inigo Prabhakaran in controversy
In a recent episode of the new reality game show 'Survivor Tamil', actor Inigo Prabhakaran, who is a contestant in the show was accused to talking about women in a degrading manner by fellow contestant Aishwarya Krishnan. Inigo, who seemed confident that he would have never said anything like that, requested her to be specific and openly reveal what or about whom he spoke in a degrading manner.
Though the other contestants and the host of the show, actor Arjun were confident that Inigo wouldn't have spoken like that, the 'Sundarapandian' actor almost broke down in tears.
After repeated request from Arjun Sarja, Aishwarya Krishnan revealed that Inigo had spoken in a degrading manner about lifting evicted contestant Lakshmipriya during an earlier task. After some probing by Vijaylakshmi, she revealed that he had mentioned her back in Tamil while trying to explain that he had difficulty in lifting her up.
Following this, contestants Vijaylakshmi and Narayanan along with Arjun explained to her that Inigo might have used the Tamil word since he isn't well versed in English and so it might have seemed degrading for her. Now, actress Lakshmipriyaa herself has extended her support in favor of Inigo Prabhakaran saying that she is confident that he wouldn't have said anything with any wrong intentions.
In social media post, Lakshmipriyaa posted, "Since my name was dragged, I felt the need to post & say I support #Inigo. I believe he wouldn't have said anything with any wrong intention. Some words sound different when said in a different language."
Laks

While Lakshmipriyaa has been eliminated from the show earlier, Inigo Prabhakaran is still part of the show along with Vijayalakshmi, Aishwarya Krishnan, Narayanan, Amzath Khan, Vikranth, Umapathy and Vanessa Cruez.
