“Punjab Police are so weak for the first time…” Anurag Thakur slams Punjab Govt

In a sharp attack on the law and order in the state of Punjab, Union Minister Anurag Thakur alleged that the state police are so weak. Addressing the media in Jalandhar, ahead of the May 10 Lok Sabha bypoll, the information and broadcasting minister Anurag Thakur said, “Law and order is a state subject. For the first time I have seen Punjab Police so weak. What is the compulsion of Bhagwant Mann's government that they do not take action against drug addicts, for killing a gangster sitting in jail,” said Anurag Thakur.
