Malayalam actress Remya Suresh breaks down while talking about morphed video, files complaint with police and cyber cell

Malayalam actress Remya Suresh recently took to her social media account to share a video in which she talked about a morphed video being shared on the cyberspace. Remya revealed that a friend informed her about the video of a girl looking very similar to her which mortified her. During the video Remya bursts into tears while mentioning that she has filed a complaint with the police and the cyber cell. While saying that her husband stands by her during these times she said, 'I have nothing to do with the video that is spreading on the internet. I know I am not the person in the video. My husband stands by me, which gives me courage. Legal action has been taken regarding the same. The police officers were supportive and promised to do everything to help me. They have gathered information about the person who circulated the video. People who know me personally will know the difference if they look closely. But, others won't be able to see that difference and I fear for it.' She added, 'When I returned home from the police station, I was confident. But now, I have been getting so many messages on my Facebook page. What will I tell my friends when they call me after watching the video? Please don't spread it.' In the video Ramya mentions how videos like these have ruined lives of many innocent people have and said, 'I have reached where I am today, without making any sort of compromises. So please don’t think of me like that and message me.'
