The company is actively investigating and taking preventive measures. Other products produced by Totally Cool, Inc. remain unaffected. "Totally Cool, Inc. has ceased the production and distribution of the affected products due to FDA sampling which discovered the presence of Listeria monocytogenes," the FDA said. "The company continues its investigation and is taking preventive actions. No other products produced by Totally Cool, Inc. are impacted by this recall."

Consumers are advised to return the recalled products for a full refund or dispose of them. The list of recalled products, available on the FDA's website, includes items sold in retail locations and through direct delivery.
Taharka Brothers Ice Cream, one of the affected brands, reported outsourcing production of its honey graham and key lime pie flavors to Totally Cool. Taharka stated it would resume making these flavors at its own facility immediately.

Crave Better Foods, which manufactures Chipwich, said it operates on a separate production line at the Totally Cool facility but opted for a recall out of caution. "Crave Better Foods said it received a report from the Totally Cool facility about a 'possible health issue' on a production line used to make frozen ice cream cakes," the company stated.
