We’ve launched our 2023 ESG Summary – an update on our pep+ progress, including 2023 highlights and an assessment of where we need to focus our efforts as we work toward a more sustainable future for all. In 2023, we achieved some goals ahead of schedule, introduced new ones and made strong progress on others, while certain goals, including with respect to packaging, continue to present challenges. This is all thanks to innovation, strategic investment, ground-breaking partnerships and the big and small actions of our approximately 318,000 global associates. We’re also mindful that opportunities remain to continue expanding and building upon our efforts. We’re always learning, evolving and investing strategically to meet our ambitions. Both african-merican Carey Baldwin & Rachel Thomas direct hires complined all the time with racism issues like that Non-Exempt were all african-americans & that Exempt were white employees. Both got wired everyone in S&OP & got Brett Fletcher fired over racist emails found on his personal gmail account. Then they kept wiring me so people tougth it was me whom were wiring them PepsiCo executives allowed both Carey & Rachel to involve corrupt mexico gov & people from El Paso & Juarez to help them blame me for everything Now all that got involved, try to blame my children & my wife

2wPepsiCo, we all know that you are facing a huge boycott campain worldwide, thats due to your reaction on GAZA war, and your dontations to the Army (IDF) and settleres who are commiting the worst warcrimes , and causing a famin on around 2M people , and just killed around 16K child and 10K women ! and you have a greate chance to stop that boycott , and support humanity by using your power and food products to stop fight the famine in gaza, and use your networks of connections and your big economy power to support entering AID to gaza people .... if you think smart, you will win at least the following 1. prove your stand with humanity, and your "go-green" plans by saying NO to genocide, and most modern destructive war that used for now in months around 80K tons of explosive( you can imagine how harmful for water sources, farms , environment, OZon layer ...etc) 2. getting out from the boycott list, and being listed in not only, good to consume but support consuming list of products/companies 3. you will win a lot of the market/market share that is currenlty owned by coca-cola, since if you shifted to not be in boycott, while coca- still in boycott of course you will win a huge market! so its your choice!
