The Unspoken Struggles: Mental Health and Our Families in India Families can be amazing sources of love and support, but they can also be a place where some things go unsaid. In India, talking about mental health with our families often falls into that category. We all know how much our upbringing shapes how we handle life's ups and downs. But stigma and a lack of open conversations about mental health can leave us feeling alone and without a safe space to share our struggles. Here's the thing: bottling things up isn't healthy! A supportive family environment can be a powerful tool for managing our mental well-being. But how do we bridge that gap and start those important conversations?
