Circles are private, intimate gatherings where you can come together to share your struggle with mental health and learn from others’ experiences in a safe, judgment-free space. How does it work? Each circle is moderated by the Mindhouse team or verified Circle hosts to ensure everyone feels respected, heard, and valued throughout the discussion. We value confidentiality, mutual respect and trust. A strong and supportive family environment can do wonders for our Mental Health, but due to a lack of exposure to mental health discourse as well as social stigma/stereotypes around mental health, we often struggle with being vocal about issues with our family.
