Qırımtatar edebiyatı ve gazetacılığı tarihinde “I. Qurultay devri” özgünligi ve haqiqiyligile zemaneviy oquyıcılar kütlesiniñ merağını daima qozğalağan bir zamandır. Mevzumız üzerinde yazılğan ilmiy, tenqidiy çalışmalarınıñ sırasını izleyerek, farqlı fikirlerini, araştırma metodlarını rastketiremiz. Ki, bular evvelki muhitni açıqlamaqnen beraber fazla suallerniñ peydalanmasına yol aça. I. Qurultayı ve qurultay yazıcılarınıñ moral, estetik printsiplerini, meyillerini añlamaq (añlatmaq) niyetinen çalışmamızda zaman çerçivelerini qısqartıp biribirile teñeştiremiz. Böyleliknen, edebiyat klassiklerimizniñ dünyabaqışları nasıl deñişmelerge oğrağanını körmek içün 1917’den itibaren 1944 senesine qadar Qırımda çıqqan qırımtatar gazetalarını, mecmualarını, kitaplarını incelemege; bularda devir ve hem oquyıcılar talabınen yazılğan eserler sayesinde qırımtatar halqında milliy, edebiy şuurnıñ uyanma protsesslerini seyretmege muvaffaq olamız.
İş sırasında qalem ustalarınıñ faaliyetleri üzerinde yapılğan neticeler ğayet meraqlı körüne. Vesilesiyle, Qırımda matbu sözüniñ şekillenme tendentsiyalarını ifadelegen eki gazetasından bahs etmeli. В книге рассматривается история татар Кокшетау и Акмолинской области и их
вклад в политическое, экономическое, демографическое, социальное и культурное
развитие региона. Монография написана на основе анализа широкого круга источни-
ков: статистических и документальных материалов, периодических изданий дорево-
люционного, советского и современного времени, интервью, воспоминаний, мемуа-
ров жителей города. Книга предназначена всем тем, кого интересует история татар-
ского народа и данного региона.

The subject of this Grammar is the Tatar literary language of the late 20th century as used in public offices in Tatarstan, in educational institutions, in belles-lettres, theater, radio, scientific and scholarly works, media publications, etc. However, since the Tatar language - especially the literary language - has since the turn of the 20th century undergone considerable changes both in grammar and vocabulary, it was considered necessary to include also such grammatical forms and constructions as well as certain individual words belonging to various parts of speech (postpositions, participles, conjunctions, pronouns, etc.) which, with rare exceptions, are no longer used in the present literary language but are essential for the understanding of the Tatar classics and any other publications belonging to the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries and representing an important part of Tatar literature.
Furthermore, some grammatical forms and expressions which actually belong to the vernacular but have found their way also into the literary language have also been included in the grammar.
The grammar consists of four parts: Phonology/Orthography, Morphology, two Indexes and an Appendix. A complete, separate treatment of Tatar syntax was beyond the scope of this work, but notes and explanations of syntax have been included throughout,
wherever it appeared necessary or appropriate for the study and better understanding of the use of individual grammatical forms and constructions. All grammatical and syntactical forms discussed in this grammar are illustrated by an ample number of examples. To achieve a linguistic presentation as diverse and as extensive as possible in vocabulary, syntax and style, the examples have been selected from a wide range of literary works - novels, novellas, stage plays, short stories, fairy tales, travelogues, etc. - written by distinguished Tatar authors, as well as from nonfictional publications, articles, etc. Furthermore, examples have been chosen from history books, journals (including
a teacher's journal), periodicals, from Tatar-Russian phrase books and even from cookbooks. Some examples have been taken from poetry, from the daily press, dictionaries, Tatar school books and grammars. Except for some short examples used generally to illustrate
lexical and grammatical patterns, such as the formation of words, moods, tenses, etc., each example is followed by an indication of its source.
All Tatar examples are accompanied by English translations. Translations follow the Tatar original as closely as possible. Where, for reasons of differences in language structure, a close translation was not possible, a literal translation has often been added in parentheses to better reveal the grammatical structure and the real meaning of the Tatar. Furthermore, where necessary or desirable for the easier understanding of an example taken out of context, some explanatory background information has been furnished after the English translation. Also, throughout this grammar, many notes and observations have been included, often with examples, to give additional information on grammatical forms, language
usage, style, etc.

1901 – 1930 tarihleri arasında yaşağan qırımtatar edibi Abdülehat-Hamdi Geraybaynıñ ömrü ve icadı üzerindeki bilgilerni keñişletmek maqasadı ile çalışmamızda biografik, teoretik, tekstolojik ve diger mühim meselelerine meyil berile. Şairniñ 1920’nci ss. yazğan aşq mevzulı manzumelerniñ poetik hususiyetleri ve şu sırada bediy serlevha, levha, portret, mecaz ve ilh. tasviriy vastalar ögrenile. During the XIX-early XX century, the authorities deliberately pursued a policy aimed at leveling position of the Siberian Tatars and their adjustment to the Russian peasants. This occurred through the development and implementation of various reforms in the area of administrative and land-unit, education, religion.

Настоящая книга является первым монографическим опытом системати-
зации материалов по традиционному мировоззрению сибирских татар XX—
XXI вв. Работа состоит из двух частей — серии статей по духовной культуре
изучаемой этнической общности и словарных статей, посвященных тем или
иным мифологическим образам, явлениям или предметам, имеющим отноше-
ние к традиционному мировоззрению тюркоязычного населения Западной
Сибири.
Книга адресуется археологам, этнографам, историкам, искусствоведам,
религиоведам, краеведам, а также всем, кто интересуется проблемами духов-
ной культуры народов России.
The present book is the first monograph which systematizes the data on the traditional
world picture of the Siberian Tatars of XX—XXI centuries. The monograph
consists of two parts — a series of articles about the spiritual culture of the
ethnic entity under study and some dictionary entries devoted to various mythological
images, phenomena, and objects related to the traditional world picture of the
Turkic — speaking population of Western Siberia.
For archeologists, ethnographers, art, religion and region researchers and anyone
interested in the matter of spiritual culture of the peoples of Russia.

The Patterned Leather of Kazan
Making of inlaid leather footwear is one of the most ancient traditional
handicrafts of Kazan Tatars. Leather-dressing was highly developed in the
times of Volga Boulgaria already. This is proved by numerous archaeological
finds on the territories of ancient settlements: workshops of leather-dressers,
remains of uppers and instruments.
We don’t know yet when the technique of leather mosaics and the seam
later known as «Kazan», or «Tatar», or «Kazan stitched-in work» became
used while making traditional footwear. The oldest ones that are kept in
museums of Russia are dated end of 18th – beginning of 19th century.
The handicraft of traditional Kazan patterned boots developed in
numerous suburbs of Kazan and villages outside Kazan during 18th-19th
century. The footwear was made not only in Kazan, but also in other
settlements of Tatars: in the cities of Central Asia, West Siberia, in Kasimov
and Orenburg.

Die Kazaner Ornament-Leder
Ornamentierte Lederstiefel waren bei den Wolga-Tataren im Laufe von
vielen Jahrhunderten die populärste Art des traditionellen Handwerks. Schon
die Vorahnen der Tataren – die Wolga-Bulgaren – beschäftigten sich mit der
Herstellung der farbigen Saffianleder und der weichen Juphtleder, die in
vielen Ländern als Bulgary bekannt war. Die archeologischen Funde bestätigen
die Angaben der mittelalterlichen arabischen Historiker über die hohe
Entwicklung der Lederherstellung in der Hauptstadt der Wolga-Bulgaren.
Im Mittelalter trugen die reichen russischen Bojaren die geschmückten
tatarischen Stiefel sehr gern. Die Russen nannten sie Itschigi.
Seit dem 18. Jahrhundert wurde in Kazan, der Hauptstadt des
Gouvernements im Osten Russlands, das Nähen solcher Schuhen zur
industriellen Herstellung. Im 19. – Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts importierten
die Kazaner Kaufmänner Hundert Tausende “asiatische Schuhe” nach Europa
und den islamischen Osten.
Einen besonderen Platz im Buch nimmt die unikale Kollektion der
Tatarischen Stiefel Itschigi, die im Deutschen Ledermuseum in Offenbach
am Main aufbewahrt wird, ein.
Im Buch wird über die traditionellen Ornamente der Ledermosaik,
Handnähte und die für die Erfüllung der Naht notwendigen Instrumente und
Stoffe erzählt. Zuerst in der vorhandenen Literatur wird vom Autor die Kasaner
Handnaht beschrieben. Das Buch enthält auch die Empfehlungen zur
praktischen Arbeit.

While making leather mosaics, pieces of coloured leather are being bound
together by hand using original method that allows to sew the pieces and
make the embroidery over the seam simultaneously. This operation is made
with two threads – the sewing one and the embroidering one –
simultaneously. The embroidery was made with silken, linen, woolen and
even golden thread, winded round the needle in each stitch, so that on the
right side of the boot it produces a colourful decorative contour. The ornament
used for decoration of ichigi changed as time passed, and we can mark out
several groups of them. The most ancient ones are horn-like ornaments,
typical for the art of Turkic peoples. Under the influence of city fashion
style of 19th century the silhouette of the boots changed and new figures
were added to the ancient ornaments. The soft ichigi, that were worn with
galoshes made of thick leather, turned into the boots on heels – the attribute
of fashionable city girls. At the sides of the top of boots there appeared
«hard-contoured» hearts and rosettes. By the beginning of the 20th century
the composition with a stylized image of flowers in a vase («bouquet»)
appeared on the side parts of the top of boots.
The second half of 19th – begining of 20 th century was the period of
flourishing of production of patterned footwear that gained honourable
references and medals at the Exhibitions in Copenhagen and Paris. In Kazan,
up to millions of pairs of footwear was produced per year.

Kırım, tarih öncesi dönemden beri Güney Ukrayna’nın bozkırlarla kaplı hinterlandını Karadeniz’e ve ötesine bağlayan bir geçiş bölgesi olmuştur.

Yüzyıllar boyunca Osmanlı ve Rus imparatorluklarının, sonrasında da Sovyetler Birliği ve Ukrayna devletinin parçası olan Kırım’ın tarihi, ev sahipliği yaptığı kültürlerin ve halkların izlerinden de anlaşılacağı üzere, çok daha gerilere uzanır: Antik Yunanlar, Gotlar, Bizanslılar, Moğollar, Ruslar ve en önemlisi Kırım Tatarları bu topraklarda yaşamıştır.

Цель: изучить сведения, касающиеся вотчинных владений татар, мокши и эрзи, проживавших на территориях мещерских уездов в XVI-XVII веках; выявить какие ордынские институты могли быть унаследованы после включения данных территорий в состав Московского государства.
Материалы исследования: использованы опубликованные и неопубликованные источники, связанные с вотчинными владениями - в первую очередь это актовые и делопроизводственные материалы, а также некоторые материалы, касающиеся соседних бывших ордынских регионов Поволжья. Результаты и научная новизна: было установлено, что в восточных областях Мещерского уезда вотчины являлись одной из старейших форм земельной собственности. Несмотря на то, что для изучаемого региона на сегодняшний день не удалось обнаружить каких-либо документов, относящихся к домосковскому времени, выполненный анализ письменных источников позволяет говорить о том, что отдельные действовавшие государственные институты Московского государства в отношении вотчинных владений местных народов могли быть переняты от прошлой ордынской или постордынской эпохи.

Abstract.
Objective: To study the information relating to the hereditary land estates of Tatars, Moksha and Erzya, who lived in the territories of the Meschera counties in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, in order to identify which Horde’s institutions could be inherited after the inclusion of these territories in the Moscovite state.
Research materials: Published and unpublished sources related to hereditary land estates, first of all, act and clerical materials, as well as some materials relating to the neighboring and former Horde’s regions of the Volga region.
Results and novelty of the research: It was found that hereditary land estates were one of the oldest forms of land ownership. Despite the fact that for the region under study today it is not possible to find any documents related to the pre-Moscovite time, the analysis of the written sources suggests that certain functioning state institutions of the Moscovite state in their relation to the patrimonial possessions of local peoples could be inherited from the previous Horde or post-Horde era

This volume in the Toyo Bunko Research Library series has been published as the fruits of an International Conference on “Xinjiang in the Context of Central Eurasian Transformations,” held at the Toyo Bunko and the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia, University of Tokyo, on December 18–19, 2015. The conference, organized by Shinmen Yasushi (Chuo University), Onuma Takahiro (Tohoku Gakuin University), and David Brophy (The University of Sydney), aimed at gathering specialists on Xinjiang and its closely related fields, mainly mid-career and young scholars, and sought to analyze, from a variety of viewpoints, the nature of movement and interaction of peoples between Xinjiang and neighboring regions, and the dynamics of social and cultural transformation in Xinjiang society from the pre-modern to the contemporary period (primarily from the 17th to the 21st centuries). The chapters in this volume are mostly drawn from the papers delivered at the Tokyo conference. However, some of the papers have not been included in this volume since the presenters had plans to publish elsewhere; at the same time, some of those who participated as commentator or chair have contributed newly prepared articles to this publication.

Özet
Tatarlar ve Kazaklar arasında geçmişten günümüze daima sıkı ilişkiler olagelmiştir. Tatarlar tüccar, öğretmen, tercüman gibi meslekleri yaparak Kazak bozkırlarında her zaman var olmuşlardır. Dolayısıyla bu iki Türk halkı arasında eğitim,  kültür, ticaret alanlarında devamlı bir ilişki söz konusudur. Kazaklar arasında Cedit hareketinin yayılmasında da Kazan merkezli etkinin rolü büyüktür. Bütün bu etkileşimler nedeniyle Kazak hayatında eğitimde, edebiyatta ve kültürel alanda Tatar etkisini gözlemlemek mümkündür.
Abdürreşid İbrahim XX. yüzyıl Türk Dünyası’nın önemli şahsiyetlerindendir. Çok küçük yaşta öksüz kalmasına rağmen kendi çabasıyla Medine’de eğitimini tamamlayarak Rusya’ya dönmüş ve Rusya Türklerinin 1905-1917 yılları arasındaki siyasî ve sosyal hareketlerinde önemli faaliyetlerde bulunmuştur. Kendisinin çıkardığı Mir’ât, Ülfet, Teârüf-i Müslimin, İslam Dünyası gibi gazete ve dergilerin yanı sıra Rusya, Azerbaycan ve Türkiye’de çıkmış Şark-i Rus, Hayat, Beyânülhak, Sırât-ı Müstakîm, Sebîlürreşad gibi süreli yayınlarda da çok sayıda makalesi neşredilmiştir. Hayatının önemli bir bölümünü seyahatlerde geçirmiştir. Özellikle Kazan-İstanbul-Tokyo üçgeninde yaptığı faaliyetler ve geride bıraktığı eserlerle Türk Dünyası’nın önemli bir şahsiyeti olarak Türk kültür tarihinde yerini almıştır.
Abdürreşid İbrahim’in önemli eserlerinden biri Tercüme-i Halim adlı eseridir. Abdürreşid İbrahim bu eseri iki kısım halinde yazmış ama yalnızca birinci kısım neşredilebilmiştir. Abdürreşid İbrahim’in bu eseri 2017’de İsmail Türkoğlu tarafından Türkiye’de yayımlanmıştır. Bildiride Tercüme-i Halim Ya Ki Başıma Gelenler adlı bu eserde Abdürreşid İbrahim’in Kazak halkıyla ilgili izlenimleri ele alınacaktır. Genç bir medrese öğrencisi iken Kazaklar arasında öğretmen olarak bulunan Abdürreşid İbrahim’in kardeş Kazak halkına dair düşünceleri bildiride ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.

KAZAKHS in the BOOK of TATAR-TURKISH SCHOLAR ABDÜRREŞİD İBRAHİM’S TERCÜME-İ HALİM YA Kİ BAŞIMA GELENLER
Abtract
Tatars and Kazakhs have strong relationship from past to present. Tatars have existed in Kazakhs steppe namely merchant, teacher, interpreter profession groups. Hence two turkish people have permanent relationship in the fields of education, culture and trade. Kazan centered effects have important role in expansion of Cedit movement. Because of these interactions, tatar effects can be observed in Kazakhs’s education, literature and culture.
Abdürreşid İbrahim is significant person in Turkic World of XX. Century. Although he was orphaned in his early childhood, he completed his education in Medinah by his own efforts and turned back to Russia. He became involved political and social activities in 1905-1917 among Russian Turks. Alongside the journals and newspapers published by himself like Mir’ât, Ülfet, Teârüf-i Müslimin, İslam Dünyası, he published many articles in Russian, Azerbaijanian and Turkish periodicals like Şark-i Rus, Hayat, Beyânülhak, Sırât-ı Müstakîm, Sebîlürreşad.  He has traveled in important parts of his life. İbrahim took his place as a significant person of Turkic World in Turkish cultural history with his works and activities in Kazan, İstanbul and Tokio.
One of the important works of Abdürreşid İbrahim is Tercüme-i Halim. İbrahim wrote this book as two parts but it has been published only one part. The book was published by İsmail Türkoğlu in 2017 in Turkey. In this proceeding, impressions of Abdürreşid İbrahim about the Kazakhs in Tercüme-i Halim Ya Ki Başıma Gelenler will be addressed.  When he was a madrasah student, he taught school among Kazakhs. It will be put forward his thoughts about Kazakh people this proceeding.

В статье рассмотрено такое явление как сбор с жителей бывшего Казанского ханства отдельного платежа за пользование промысловых вотчин со странным на первый взгляд названием «тюменский мед». Выполнен анализ редких сообщений о данном платеже, и приведено предположительное объяснение такого названия. Согласно высказанному предположению, в выражении «тюменский мед» нашли отражение следы административного устройства Казанского ханства.

The article considers such a phenomenon as the collection of a separate payment from the residents of the former Kazan Khanate for the use of industry patrimoniales with a strange name “Tyumen honey”. The analysis of rare mentions of this payment is carried out, and the explanation of this name is given. According to the assumption, the expression “Tyumen honey” reflects traces of the administrative structure of the Kazan Khanate.

В книге на основе документальных материалов рассказывается об истории общины сибирских татар и бухарцев города Тобольска с XVII в. по настоящее время. Особое внимание уделено религиозной жизни мусульман Тобольска, взаимоотношениям мусульманской общины с церковной и светской властями. Установлены имена ахунов и мулл в разные периоды, занимавших должности в мечетях города Тобольска, а также благотворителей, строивших мечети и медресе, рассмотрены их биографии, реконструированы родословные. В книге рассматриваются социалистические преобразования в Тобольске, касающиеся сферы образования и детских учреждений сибирских татар-горожан.
Книга будет интересна историкам, этнографам и всем, кто интересуется историей края.

Аннотация. В данной работе рассматриваются около пятисот слов татарского происхождения, включенных в Этимологический словарь турецкого языка Хасана Эрена. Турецкий язык не ограничился этимологическими определениями значений только около трех тысяч слов, собранных в словаре. В качестве источников к описанию этих слов подробно рассматриваются словарные статьи с тысячами данных из исторических
письменных и современных тюркских языков. Одним из современных тюркских языков является татарский. В этимологических описаниях 469 слов мы можем наблюдать
сокращенное обозначение TatK или татарский язык, как свидетельство происхождения слов от татарского языка казанского диалекта. В статье затрагивается вопрос о значении этих слов в этимологических описаниях слов турецкого языка и о важности татарских речевых единиц
в сравнительных исследованиях тюркологии.

Abstract. In this paper, Tatar words in Hasan Eren’s Etymological Dictionary of Turkish Language are emphasized. About five hundred Tatar words in the dictionary were used as etymological data. In the etymological explanation of about three thousand words of the Turkish
language was not only the Tatarian words used, thousands of data from the historical Turkish literary languages and contemporary Turkish dialects that were be the source of the words are
available in the dictionary. One of the modern Turkic dialects in the dictionary is Tatar language. Exactly 469 words from the Tatar language abbreviated as TatK or labelled as Tatar, were included in the etymological explanations. In this paper, these Tatar words are mentioned in the etymology of the Turkish language, and the importance of Tatarian data in the studies of comparative Turkology is emphasized.

The collection includes 540 of the most widespread Siberian Tatar rhymed proverbs, sayings and stable pair expressions. Each proverb is accompanied by a translation into Russian and, if possible, a corresponding Russian equivalent. This collection can become a practical tool for those who teach the Siberian Tatar language, as well as for historians, ethnographers, linguists.

Koleksiyon, en yaygın Sibirya Tatarca kafiyeli atasözleri, sözler ve kararlı ikili ifadelerden 540'ı içeriyor. Her atasözü, Rusça'ya ve mümkünse buna karşılık gelen bir Rus eşdeğerine bir çeviri eşliğinde verilir. Bu koleksiyon, tarihçiler, etnografcılar, dilbilimcilerin yanı sıra Sibirya Tatarcasını da öğretenler için pratik bir araç olabilir.

Сборник включает 540 наиболее распространённых сибирскотатарских рифмованных пословиц, поговорок и устойчивых парных выражений. Каждая пословица сопровождается переводом на русский язык и, по возможности, соответствующим русским эквивалентом. Данный сборник может стать практическим пособием для тех, кто учит сибирскотатарский язык, а также для историков, этнографов, лингвистов.

В статье рассматривается социальный состав заказчиков русских рукописных книг XVI в. Устанавливается, что в их число не входили находящиеся на русской службе татары. Это связывается с динамикой книгопроизводства в России, численностью служилых татар в различные периоды, географией их земельных владений, а также особенностями их социальной и культурно-конфессиональной интеграции в русское общество. Исследование основано на материале выходных записей манускриптов 1500–1600 г., прочих записей на книгах, вкладных, приходо-расходных книг русских монастырей, актов, писцовых книг и некоторых других источников.
The article deals with the social groups of the Russian manuscripts’ customers in the 16th century. It was established that service tatars were not among the customers of manuscripts. It is connected with the dynamics of manuscript’s production in Russia, the number of tatars in different periods, the geography of their estates as well as peculiarities of their social, cultural and confessional integration into the Russian society. The research is based on the manuscripts’ colophons dated 1500–1600, other manuscripts’ notes, records of income, including donations, and expenses, act, land cadastres and other historical sources.
