Norman is the founder and Director of the BrainLink Group and the Centre for Strategy Development. Here he leads the provision of strategic consulting services with a focus on behavioural economics - the integration of economics and neuroscience.
He also develops and coaches individuals to be better leaders by assessing their critical brain capacities and enhancing their strategic thinking and decision making.
