Biography
Representative Postles was born and raised in Kent County, Delaware and graduated from Milford high school and the University of Delaware. In addition to serving as a farmer for over three decades, he served as the National Future Farmers of America vice president in 1970. Additionally, he was a member of the Delmarva Poultry Industry Board of Directors and the Governor's Council of Farm Organizations, and served as chairman of the Grower Committee.[1]
