Christopher Seymore (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Minnesota. He lost in the Republican primary on August 13, 2024.

Biography

In 1993, Seymore founded LCORPS (Life-Changing Out Reach Programs & Services), a nonprofit which describes its mission as "to assist in the development of men, women, and youth boys & girls, culturally, academically, socially, and economically; and to offer programs & services which are designed to help them develop maturity, responsibility, self-esteem, and control over their lives while setting future goals and making the best possible decisions." At the time of his entrance into the 2018 election, Seymore remained involved with the organization. Seymore's other professional experience includes time spent as a pastor at the Church of God in Christ between 2000 and 2007 and time spent as an executive neighborhood guide with the Boy Scouts of America between 2009 and 2013.
