Biography
Dale Patten earned a B.S. in animal science from North Dakota State University in 1977. Patten's career experience includes working as the market president of Cornerstone Bank. He has served as the chairman of the ND District 39 Republicans and on the board of directors of the North Dakota 4-H Foundation.[1]

Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits.
