I have been a high school history and government teacher in the Cherry Creek School District for over 32 years. My husband served in the US Air Force for over 14 years, and we raised our children in HD 61. I have been an advocate for children, families, and our community for decades.

  • Investing in our kids and classrooms, so our students, teachers, and parents get the resources they need, so every child can be challenged, safe, and supported.
  • Keeping our community safe and protecting our law enforcement and first responders by enacting gun violence prevention legislation, so they can do their jobs.
  • Supporting our working families through lowering the cost of basic needs like housing, childcare, and healthcare--including prescription drugs, and keeping government out of a woman’s private healthcare decisions.

I taught high school history and government in the Cherry Creek School District for over 32 years. My husband served in the US Air Force for over 14 years, and we raised our children in HD 61. I have been an advocate for children, families, and our community for decades. I am passionate about public education and the parent-teacher partnership, public safety, supporting our working families, protecting a woman’s right to choose, and protecting our open spaces. Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Colorado

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
