The Legal Marijuana Now Party is a political party in Minnesota that is dedicated to electing pro-cannabis candidates. The group is headquartered in St. Paul, Minn.[1]

As of June 2024, the Legal Marijuana Now Party is ballot qualified as a minor party.[2] The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled on May 10, 2024 that the party had not met the requirements to be considered a major party.[3]

The Legal Marijuana Now Party is a branch of the Minnesota Grassroots Party that was established in 1998. The Legal Marijuana Now Party is also now a party in Nebraska.[4]
