The Missouri Term Limits and Initiative Amendment will not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The measure would have replaced term limits of eight years in the House and eight years in the Senate with an overall term limit of sixteen years total in the legislature, and prohibit the legislature from proposing any measure restricting the power of initiative.[1]
