I am a hard worker and believes that in whatever you do you need to give it your all. I have dedicated my time to my family, running my law firm and actively participating in the community. If I am elected to be a Judge for the Sixth Circuit encompassing Pasco and Pinellas I will serve with the same dedication and commitment that I have shown in other aspects of my life.

I am a partner at the law firm of Ciarciaglino, Gell & Fiorentino, P.A. and have worked with this firm since 2005. I have an active practice representing individuals in need of legal services. My experience includes family law matters such as divorce and paternity actions, personal injury matters, probate matters, wills and trusts, criminal law and other civil matters. Along with vigorously litigating matters through trial I am also extremely successful at resolving matters where I obtain the best outcome for my clients. I am an experienced trial attorney who zealously represents my client’s interests in and out of court. I have experience representing clients in both Pasco and Pinellas County along with other counties throughout Florida.

  • I will work hard for the people of the Sixth Circuit (Pasco and Pinellas).
  • I believe judges should be a part of the community and not just serve in the courtroom.
  • I believe it is important for us to have judges who treat everyone before them with respect and listen to all sides before issuing a ruling consistent with the law.

I am passionate about people having access to the courts, whether that is with support of legal aid, attorneys offering pro bono assistance or judges adequately maintaining their calendars to get parties hearing time.
