Sean Teare
Sean Teare (Democratic Party) is running for election for Harris County District Attorney in Texas. Teare is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. Teare advanced from the Democratic primary on March 5, 2024.
Biography
Teare graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in American history. After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center, Teare joined the Harris County District Attorney's office as a prosecutor. Teare left the office in 2010 to practice law at a personal injury firm. In 2017, Teare rejoined the district attorney's office as the supervisor of the vehicular crimes division. He remained with the office until resigning to run for district attorney in 2023.[1][2]
