My name is William Schlaerth, and I am proud to be running for Kern County Superior Court Judge, Office 34. I am a longtime Kern County resident, where I have worked as a Deputy District Attorney and Prosecutor for over 15 years.
I have prosecuted thousands of cases on behalf of both crime victims, and the people of Kern County. I have been steadfast in my commitment to keeping our local community safe, and upholding the rule of law. These values have guided my career as a prosecutor and have now led me to answer the call of public service to run for Superior Court Judge.
As your judge, I will champion a fair and impartial judiciary, ensuring that every individual is treated equally and with the utmost respect. I am committed to protecting victims, ensuring perpetrators are held accountable, and upholding Constitutional principles.
