Following up on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Booting process of Windows NT Setup before Vista (2nd nomination). While Booting process of Windows is possibly notable, the NT article suffers from similar problems to Vista - namely, lack of notability. What we have is de facto a WP:HOWTO unencyclopedic guide based mostly on other guides, majority of which come from Microsoft. Per WP:ATD-R, we can consider redirecting this to Booting process of Windows, maybe even a slight merge (although the Vista article was simply deleted). - Delete. Now I've seen it all, a how to article about how to do something. Bearian (talk) 17:24, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
- Redirect to Booting process of Windows per nomination. DigitalIceAge (talk) 05:56, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
- Merge with Booting process of Windows (and redirect). The article contains enough non-how-to content to warrant being merged into the broader Booting process of Windows article while removing the overly how-to style parts. In contrast with Booting process of Windows NT Setup before Vista, the article covers notable content relevant to all recent Windows versions, so it should not be outright deleted. – BrandonXLF (talk) 22:33, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
