We’ve just been shortlisted for the Best Use of Technology: Carbon Reduction in Design and Best use of Technology: Digital Construction categories for the TechFest 2024 Awards! 🎉   Our 3D printed draw pits for Esholt Wastewater Treatment Works, in collaboration with Mott MacDonald Bentley | MMB, have been recognized as one of the top innovations for digital construction and reducing carbon emissions in forms of design. With an optimised cylindrical design, 50% of material was saved with an associated 40% reduction in CO2. 🚚 Another milestone reached! We're thrilled to share that another batch of Hyperion Robotics structures has been loaded onto trucks and is on its way to our client’s site. Months of planning and hard work are coming together as we move closer to bringing this project to life. August in Finland means one thing: mushroom season is here! 🍄   Here in Finland, our connection to nature is deeply woven into the fabric of everyday life, and that includes our approach to work. The arrival of autumn offers a special opportunity to recharge outside the office. Many of us head into the forests, baskets in hand, to forage for mushrooms, like porcini and chanterelle.   Wellbeing at work isn't just about ergonomic chairs and breaks; it's about maintaining a strong bond with nature, taking moments to breathe in the crisp autumn air, and reaping the simple rewards of the forest.

Much of the conversation around the green transition in the UK focuses on the creation of 500,000 new jobs. But the reality is far more complex and challenging. Approximately 4 million workers—nearly one in eight—will need retraining to meet the demands of a net-zero economy [1].
