We are located in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and fall into the Central time zone. The area has a very small-town feel, excellent schools, and lots of opportunities for outdoor recreational activities such as boating, swimming, hiking, and golf. There are several of gyms on post, and many other opportunities through the MWR. GLWACH also has its own gym located in the hospital that is open to all hospital badge holders. 

Fort Leonard Wood is home to the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) which trains and educates service members through BCT and IET as well as other courses for the U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear School, U.S. Army Engineer School, and U.S. Army Military Police School. 

Upon arrival to Fort Leonard Wood, you will be required to in-process post through building 470. I would like to meet you when arrive, so please contact me at __________________. After you complete post in-processing you will begin in-processing at the hospital. That will take about a week and will include New Employee Orientation (NEO). NEO will provide you with information briefs from many departments within the hospital as well as briefs from the Hospital and Company Command Teams. After your arrival, I will do my best to ensure you get settled and fully integrated into the organization.
