Services:
The Chiropractor will evaluate, establish goals and provide treatment to authorized beneficiaries. Services are provided for patients that are ACTIVE DUTY ONLY with the following conditions:
- Orthopedic/sports medicine related diagnosis resulting from injury, repetitive trauma or degenerative processes
- Acute/Chronic back and neck pain
- Herniated Disc
- Back strains and back pain due to pregnancy
- Cervicogenic Headaches
- Whiplash
- Sciatica
- Spondylosis or spinal osteoarthritis
