So. The story starts. Our VFX team was elated to join the cast and filmmakers on the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet for the Canadian premiere of Better Man. Seeing the audience’s reaction to the film was a special moment for our crew. We can’t wait for the rest of the world to see it! 🎤🍿🎥 🌟

Forbes Magazine talks to Erik Winquist and Paul Story about ‘Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes’ Oscar-Worthy VFX https://lnkd.in/gBvw9cV3

For the first time ever, you can see the raw plate footage of a film side by side with the version you saw in theatres. Of the 1,521 shots in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, only 38 of them did not feature VFX. We are extremely proud of the work our 1,000+ crew did in helping bring the film to life with Director Wes Ball and the talented cast and crew. This scene was just one of the amazing moments where the actors' performances shine through to their fully digital characters. Pick up a copy of the 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray tomorrow to see the side-by-side cut.

https://lnkd.in/g9U2dKAu Our Emmy nominated work on Ripley primarily features in episode three - subtle, nuanced, and ultimately invisible work that helped build tension in the scene and adhere to aesthetic of Steven Zaillian’s vision. #ForYourConsideration #Emmys #VFX
