Your organization is struggling with employee engagement. How can you turn it around?
I talk about solutions in simple terms. As a CEO, here are some things I do that create the flexible, open, transparent and strong culture that drive the bests results possible: -Ask for feedback from the team. Constantly. -Praise regularly. It is one of the most underutilized tools that has the potential of helping employees thrive to their best self -Send individual messages to all employees to listen. Even if you have 300 employees, it is possible to open 2x/year a direct line of communication -Implement weekly all staff team meetings for maximum information among everyone -Keep learning, testing and failing. The rate of failure is what allows for the best solutions to emerge.

Teach For Portugal was founded to expand opportunity for all children in Portugal by bringing and developing leadership capacity in teaching. We will recruit promising future leaders to teach in high-need classrooms, to ensure all children are able to fulfil their potential.
Current tasks involve developing and cultivating Public and Private Partnerships, Business Planning, Fundraising, building and developing team, identifying target schools to work with, developing communication…Teach For Portugal was founded to expand opportunity for all children in Portugal by bringing and developing leadership capacity in teaching. We will recruit promising future leaders to teach in high-need classrooms, to ensure all children are able to fulfil their potential.
Current tasks involve developing and cultivating Public and Private Partnerships, Business Planning, Fundraising, building and developing team, identifying target schools to work with, developing communication strategy and building the foundations for a sustainable organization launch.
