Commander - Lieutenant Colonel Deepak J. Mathew

Lieutenant Colonel Deepak J. Mathew enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2001 as a chaplain’s assistant and commissioned as a Medical Service Corps Officer in 2005. He earned a Bachelor of Cost Accounting at Mahatma Gandhi University, India; a Master of Business Administration at Liberty University; and a Master of Healthcare Administration at Northcentral University. LTC Mathew is also a graduate of the Defense Strategy Course and is a designated Army Strategist by the Army War College.

His current and previous assignments include: Assistant Director for Resources and Personnel Integration, Defense Health Agency; Chief of Business Integration Division, J8; Assistant Director for Resources and Personnel Integration, Defense Health Agency; Chief, Business Operations Division, Tripler Army Medical Center; Army Medical Command Budget Officer, G8; Chief of Budget Integration and Financial Systems, Army Medical Command, G8; Chief, Resource Management, USAMEDDAC-Alaska; Commander, 51st Medical Logistics Company; Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management at 44th MEDCOM, Fort Liberty; Treatment Platoon Leader and Executive Officer for 75th Medical Company (Area Support), Daegu, South Korea; S4-Logistics Officer for 168th Multifunctional Medical Battalion; and XVII Airborne Corps, Fort Liberty, including multiple deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom; and Chaplain’s Assistant, XVII Airborne Corp, Fort Liberty.

LTC Mathew’s military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Iraq Campaign and Combat Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Army Good Conduct Medal. He is also a member of the Order of Military Medical Merit.

HIs most important role in life is being the father of his sons Aakash, Manish, and Akshay!


 

Senior Enlisted Advisor - SGM Holly R. Burke

  

Sergeant Major Burke is a native of Columbus, Nebraska, and enlisted in the Army in 2000. She attended Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas where she was awarded the MOS 68W, Healthcare Specialist. 

SGM Burke's previous assignments include Healthcare Specialist, 701st Brigade Support Battalion Fort Riley, Kansas; Irwin Army Community Hospital OBGYN NCOIC Fort Riley, Kansas; Weed Army Community Hospital Operations NCOIC Fort Irwin, California; Department of Primary Care NCOIC Fort Wainwright, Alaska; First Sergeant C Co, 2nd Battalion, 1ST Aviation Brigade, General Support Aviation Battalion Fort Riley, Kansas; First Sergeant HHC, 2nd Battalion, 1ST Aviation Brigade, General Support Aviation Battalion Fort Riley, Kansas. SGM Burke’s deployments include three deployments to Iraq, two deployments to Europe, and one deployment to Kosovo. 

SGM Burke's military education includes all levels of Noncommissioned Officer Education System. She is a graduate of the Sergeants Major Academy, the Battle Staff Course, the Anti-Terrorism Officer Course, the Master Resilience Trainer Course, and the Equal Opportunity Leaders Course. SGM Burke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Workforce Development. 

Her awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (5 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (7 OLC), Iraqi Campaign Medal (2-CS), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Kosovo Campaign with Bronze Service Star, Humanitarian Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Mobilization Device, and the NATO Medal. She earned the Combat Medic Badge and is a Sergeant Audie Murphy Award recipient. 

SGM Burke has one daughter, Maddie Burke.
