Warfighter Refractive Surgery Center

All active duty, Reserve, and National Guard on active duty orders are eligible. Initial appointments and follow up appointments are scheduled by Laser Center staff. We offer corneal refractive surgery, including laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis and photo refractive keratectomy, or LASIK and PRK. Refractive applications are available for download on Travis Warfighter Refractive Center Facebook, under Groups Tab, or on the Kx website. This is a common access card, or CAC, required website. Users without a CAC will receive an error message. Applications can take up to three weeks to process. We do not have a waitlist.
