    🔍 Job Opportunity: DBA in Milton Keynes We're looking for a DBA focusing on our client’s Azure SQL databases. If database optimisation is your thing, and you’re keen to make a impact in your next role, this could be the one for you! Role Highlights: Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Benefits include: Up to 10% performance related bonus 25 days holiday, + BH and the option to purchase 5 extra days  Up to 10% employer pension contribution Private healthcare Life assurance to 6x salary Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote Key Responsibilities: Assess and optimise the wider estate of their Azure SQL databases. Maintain, manage, and optimise their database environments. Support the Infrastructure team with general maintenance, patching operating systems, Azure or Microsoft 365 activities, Active Directory upkeep, and user tickets. Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Manager and external providers. About You: Azure SQL databases (essential). Experience with Oracle databases (desirable). General exposure to Infrastructure activities (desirable). Understanding of Azure Data Platforms to liaise with the BI Team. Familiarity with database monitoring tools. Experience working in a high availability environment.
