Culture Liverpool are the team behind the major events programme in Liverpool as well as the city's cultural and arts offer including the Liverpool Film Office, City Halls portfolio (St George's Hall, Liverpool Town Hall and Croxteth Hall), the Liverpool Cruise Terminal. We work closely with the arts and cultural organisations of the Liverpool City Region to support community based arts and cultural programmes as well as large scale cultural events like the Giant Spectacular, River of Light, Mersey River Festival and Liverpool International Music Festival to name a few. We are also the team responsible for the UNESCO City of Music programme.
