If you go to any L&D event or read any L&D blogs at the moment - you'll find content relating to the challenges involved with the rise of AI. We embrace the opportunities of AI - yet we are consistently adamant that the human element of learning needs to remain intact. We love to see content that shares our views on this! People Management magazine's recent article: 'Why AI can't replace the human touch' explains in detail how we should embrace AI whilst remembering that it can't replicate meaningful and important emotions. Reinforcing our views, Fiona Stewart-Darling states: 'I remain hopeful that the combination of AI and humanity will lead to a more benevolent and ethical world. We also remain adamant that this can only happen if we recognise and preserve the inimitable aspects of our humanity.' The evolution of AI in recent months is truly impressive, but we must remember that it can't replicate compassion and ethical judgment. Working through the Energy Institute, SafetyOn establish an open network of safety and health experts, professionals and stakeholders to promote a strong, sustainable and continually improving health and safety culture. SafetyOn, in partnership with Energy Institute, worked with Kineo and Zing to create a powerful campaign. They used the power of video storytelling to influence, teach and inspire.
