Display Host: Upper Ohio Valley Chapter of The AIDS Memorial Quilt - The Upper Ohio Valley Chapter of the AIDS Quilt was established in 1997 after a dedicated group of volunteers had worked at local and national Quilt displays for 10 years. The Chapter provides Quilt for displays throughout the entire state of West Virginia and for counties in Ohio and Pennsylvania, within a 75 mile radius of the WV border. Our virtual display features just a fraction of the number of Quilt panels created for our area residents by their parents, partners, friends and volunteers. We remember with love all of our friends and we carry on their stories, through the Quilt, to keep their memory alive. The Upper Ohio Valley Chapter is proudly sponsored and hosted by the AIDS Task Force of the Upper Ohio Valley, West Virginia’s oldest and only statewide HIV/AIDS service organization.
