Center Street in Sanford will be closed beginning Monday to start the Sanford Dam reconstruction project.
SANFORD, Mich. (WJRT) - Center Street in Sanford will be closed beginning Monday to start the Sanford Dam reconstruction project.
The closure will take place from Oak Street to Cedar Street.
According to the village, the closure is expected to last about a year and a half.
The Sanford Dam is one of four dams being reconstructed. The Second, Smallwood and Edenville Dams are also being reconstructed.
