Active Surfaces was honored to participate in the 2024 World Real Estate Forum hosted by the MIT Center for Real Estate. The theme of "REIMAGINE REAL ESTATE" sparked insightful discussions on sustainability 🌳, energy innovation ⚡, and the future of the built environment. Thank you to the organizers for this outstanding event. It was inspiring to engage with industry leaders like Heather T. Clark from the The White House 🇺🇸 and MIT faculty such as Siqi Zheng and Steve Weikal. Sessions with panelists like Anna Malhari (Boston Properties (BXP)) and Lori Mabardi (Barings) provided valuable perspectives on creating value through sustainability 💰. It was energizing to connect with leaders in the built environment like JLL, TA Realty, SolarKal, Carr Properties, Brookfield Asset Management, and CBRE, getting a glimpse into their vision for integrating renewable energy into future developments.
