Arbor actively demonstrates how we care for the communities we serve. For the third year, we were proud to sponsor Family & Children's Association’s annual Back-to-School Drive. Team members from our Long Island office recently helped with distributing supplies, including pencils, pens, backpacks, and lunch boxes, to 300 local students in Hempstead, NY, making it FCA's largest back-to-school drive by number of clients served. While picking up supplies, families enjoyed decorating reusable water bottles, courtesy of Arbor, in addition to lunch, face painting, and other entertainment. 📈Single-family rental (SFR)/Build-to-Rent (BTR) construction surged nationally in the second quarter as total starts and its share of all single-family housing starts hit new highs, setting the stage for 2024 to be another banner year.
